4️⃣ Shaking Fists Movement – This activates the diaphragm and stabilizes airflow.

5️⃣ Vocal Fry + ‘A’ (12321) – A controlled pitch exercise for chest connection.

6️⃣ Vocal Fry + ‘A’ (123454321) – Expanding range while keeping chest engagement.

7️⃣ Y-Buzz (C3 to C4) – Strengthens resonance and airflow control.
