Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to complete the course?
Each module has around 20 minutes of instruction and about 50 minutes of weekly vocal exercises or homework.
That being said every person's life and time commitments are different and access to the materials is instant and will last for your duration in the program, unless you sign up for the VIP membership where lifetime access is included.
Is 1:1 coaching included?
One private lesson is included in the VIP membership plan and must be fulfilled within your first 12 months.
For the monthly membership, private coaching is included not included in this program but you can get 20% off private coaching with me while a part of the program.
When do the live coaching calls take place?
The bi-weekly coaching calls take place on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 5:30pm PST.
Monthly workshops & Masterclasses are usually held on a Wednesday opposite from the coaching calls at 4:30pm PST but may differ if it's being hosted by a guest speaker.
What's the cancellation policy?
Monthly Membership:
The monthly membership can be canceled at any time. Due to the nature of the content provided, there are no refunds for payments already made.
VIP Memberships:
There are no refunds on the VIP option. Due to the nature of the content and bonuses provided, there are no refunds for this membership.

Do I get lifetime access to the course material?
Lifetime access is included in the VIP plan.
If you're on the Starter monthly membership, you'll have full access to everything as long as your subscription is active. Once you cancel, access ends.

Are there any prerequisites?
The ability to match pitch and the absence of any vocal pathologies is really important for your success in this program. If you currently struggle with matching pitch or have vocal damage (nodules, polyps) I recommend booking coaching on a 1:1 basis.

I have a degree in vocal performance and since I started teaching pop/contemporary singing 7 years ago, I’ve taught hundreds of singers and thousands of voice lessons across a variety of genres.
